In the heart of Puglia, equidistant from the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, lie two clusters of trulli, each with its own private swimming pool, vineyard, vegetable garden, olive grove, and beehives. This is the perfect place to experience authentic Puglia, where contemporary luxury meets untouched nature and the rich heritage of the region.

The trulli, built entirely from local stone and traditional chiancarelle, follow an original layout dating back to 1757. They were lovingly restored in 2020 by the current owners, Andrea and Agata, with deep respect for the building’s history and architectural integrity.

Though located in an inhabited area, the trulli are tucked away from roads and traffic, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by greenery, including walnut, olive, and laurel trees.

DETAILDED DESCRIPTION

TRULLI SUL TRATTURO I
The first group of trulli offers its guests a kitchen with an equipped dining area in a trullo, a living area in the adjacent trullo that communicates with the first, and three trulli used as bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms with showers.
In one bedroom, the bathroom is also equipped with a Turkish bath and a hydromassage tub. The space outside the trulli is shaded by a large oak tree, which offers refreshment during the hot and sunny days, and where it is possible to have lunch and dinner.
A short distance from the trulli, there is a saltwater infinity pool, 25 meters long and 3.60 meters wide, with a hydromassage area and a lounging area where you can lie down and where the little guests can play. Along the edges of the swimming pool, there are sunbeds and deckchairs in the shade of trees and reed-covered pergolas, from where you can enjoy the blue sky, the fiery sunsets, and the starry nights.

TRULLI SUL TRATTURO II
The second group of trulli has never undergone restoration but has only received ordinary maintenance and small extensions to provide them with toilets.
The main trullo hosts a living room, a small kitchen, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. A short distance from the main trullo, in an old stable, another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has been created.
The space in front of the trulli offers the shade of a large fig tree and a large outdoor kitchen with a dishwasher and barbecue. Not far away, there is a 4×8 m swimming pool and a solarium shaded by bamboo canes, created in an old farmyard.
