“I Slow You” is our Tour Operator, specializing in cycling and walking tours as well as active daily experiences in the stunning region of Puglia. Born in 2014, it grew out of Salento Bici Tour, a non-profit organization for social promotion established in 2011.
Our mission has always been to promote active and sustainable tourism while fostering a genuine connection between travelers, local communities, and nature. We are dedicated to encouraging a deeper appreciation of Puglia’s landscapes, culture, and heritage, all while supporting local businesses and initiatives that share our values.

We collaborate with local governments, schools, and networks of associations on projects focused on sustainable mobility and environmental education. Through our Tour Operator, we offer guided cycling tours and daily excursions that allow our guests to explore the hidden gems of Apulia at a slow and mindful pace.
